Dink Tour brings to you Southside Derby!

• 5 team minimum for all events. Events will be combined if there are fewer than five teams. If combined, it will be combined by like-skill.  
• Match: Consist of a single game, each game to 11, win by 2 points.  
• The event has the right to shorten match formats if the weather poses scheduling delays.  
• Main Format Round robin, first team to 11, win by 2. 
• All Events (Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles) will play the following schedule:  

Saturday (April 27th) Schedule: 

• Men's Doubles 3.0 - 3.5 
• Men's Doubles 3.5 - 4.0 
• Men's Doubles 4.0 - 4.5  

Sunday (April 28th) Schedule: 

• Women's Doubles 3.0 - 3.5 
• Women's Doubles 3.5 - 4.0 
• Women's Doubles 4.0 - 4.5 
• Mixed Doubles 3.0 - 3.5 
• Mixed Doubles 3.5 - 4.0 
• Mixed Doubles 4.0 - 4.5   

Gold Medal and Silver Matches are 2/3 win by 2 for all events 

Bronze Medal Matches are 2/3 win by 2 for all events.

Our pickleball tournament offers a tiered pricing structure to accommodate early, standard, and last-minute entries.

• Early Bird Pricing: Available until March 4, 2024, at $50.00 per player, offering the most competitive rate for those who register early.
• Standard Pricing: Following the early bird period, tickets will be available at a standard rate of $55.00 per player until April 13, 2024.
• Last-Minute Pricing: For registrations close to the event, from April 13, 2024, to April 26, 2024, the price range will be $60.00 per player.

Please note that each ticket is valid for individual player entry.

Refund and Weather Policy

The cancellation deadline is 9 p.m. on April 13th, 2024. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $15 administration fee. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.  This is an outdoor tournament. 

There are no refunds for weather-related cancellations.

We will make every effort to complete all events. The Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event.
